Refund & Returns Policy

Return window You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

How to start a return Email us at veilclothingco@proton.me with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide instructions once your return is approved.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Non-returnable items For hygiene reasons, items marked as final sale or clearance are not eligible for return. All other items are returnable within the window above.

Faulty or incorrect items If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

Change of mind We accept change-of-mind returns within the 14-day window above. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
